AFTER A LOSS OR A CONCERN

Take the next useful step.

You don’t need to wait for a website review to contact your payment provider or make an official report.

01 / CONTACT

Contact your payment provider promptly.

If you paid by card, bank transfer, or a payment app, tell the provider what happened and ask what dispute or reversal options are available. For cryptocurrency payments, contact the exchange or service you used. Recovery is uncertain.

Use a number or website you independently verified, such as the details on your card or your banking app.

02 / PRESERVE

Save evidence and protect your accounts.

Keep the original messages, website addresses, receipts, dates, and transaction references. If your account credentials were exposed, use the service’s official recovery process and secure the account.

03 / REPORT

Use official reporting channels.

Report to the appropriate authority in your country. In the United States, the FTC collects fraud reports and the FBI’s IC3 accepts internet crime complaints. Elsewhere, use your local police or relevant financial regulator’s official website.

04 / CHECK

Search SARFUND separately.

Check its registry for the company or platform. SARFUND has its own claims process and policies; a registry entry does not guarantee recovery. Reporting here does not submit a claim there.
