ScamReporter provides reporting tools, editorial records, and general educational information. It is not a regulator, law enforcement agency, law firm, financial adviser, or recovery service. Information may be incomplete or change over time. Do not rely on a directory result alone when deciding whether to send money.
Reports and records
Submit accurate information based on your experience, distinguish facts from assumptions, and avoid unnecessary personal data. Do not impersonate others, submit fabricated evidence, or use the site for harassment. We may decline or redact submissions. A submitted allegation is not a confirmed finding of fraud.
No recovery promises
We do not handle client funds or promise to recover losses. Submission is free. We do not charge to publish, remove, or correct a company record.

We prominently link to SARFUND as an external registry. SARFUND describes itself as a case registry and claim-coordination platform. Its own terms, evidence requirements, privacy practices, and any third-party services apply when you visit it. ScamReporter does not guarantee its records or outcomes. There is no automatic report transfer or live database integration on this website.

A link is not a claim of regulatory approval or an official affiliation. Any paid referral, sponsorship, or commercial relationship introduced in future must be clearly disclosed alongside the relevant link or content.
Corrections and responses
Contact report@scamreporter.com with the record URL and supporting information. We review correction and response requests on their substance. This website does not replace reporting to your bank, payment provider, local police, or relevant regulator.
