SCAMREPORTER

Build a clear evidence timeline

A clear record helps you explain what happened to a payment provider, an official reporting service, or a reviewer.

Start with a timeline

Record when you first made contact, the company name and website, what was promised, when payments were made, and what happened when you tried to withdraw or obtain the service.

Keep original records

Save receipts, transaction references, relevant messages, emails with headers, and screenshots of the website. Keep original files without editing them and make a backup.

Separate facts from conclusions

State what you personally saw or did. Identify information supplied by someone else. Note anything you cannot confirm.

Redact copies before sharing

Remove unrelated personal details, full account numbers, identity documents, and other people’s information. Never share account passwords, seed phrases, or private keys.

Submitting to ScamReporter

Use the form for a redacted summary. File uploads are not accepted. Keep your evidence locally; our team can discuss a suitable method if supporting documents are required.
